It is my sincere desire that you and your family are able to focus on the joy, the simchah—of this greatest of mitzvot.

I became a Moyel in November of 1990, after extensive training with an OB/Gyn, Dr. Jacob Schragowitz at the Bronx Municipal Hospital. My teacher is also a traditional moyel from a family of rabbis and moyels. Training simultaneously as a Conservative Cantor/Chazzan, I also enrolled and received certification as a Conservative moyel through the Brit Kodesh program at the Jewish Theological Seminary of America in New York.

As a certified moyel in Farmington Hills, MI (a suburb of Detroit - close to and also serving Ann Arbor, MI, I was honored to be included in well over 1000 britot over my 13 year tenure.

After recently relocating to serve as Hazzan in Elkins Park, PA at Congregation Adath Jeshurun, in the Philadelphia metropolitan area, it would be a further honor to serve you in any way I can.
